What you need to know before the class
To make the most of your mobility training session, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of movement. It’s helpful to be hydrated, so drink plenty of water beforehand. If you have any existing injuries or medical conditions, please inform your trainer before the session begins. We’ll discuss your goals and any specific areas you’d like to address. Be prepared to actively participate and communicate any discomfort you may feel during the exercises.
