3 Months Out: Crunch Time
If you wait until here, we have to be more aggressive. We focus on metabolic conditioning and stricter nutrition.
1 Month Out: Maintenance
You should be in maintenance mode. We don’t want you sore or exhausted for your rehearsal dinner.
